The bikes deliver as promised, and are truly fun to ride on.
In short: Amazing bikes that are like an suv/all-terrain of bikes. I plan to use it as a car replacement, whenever possible, for tasks like grocery shopping and other tasks in town.Important: Ride with a helmet (that is the dad side of me speaking).Important 2: See my note in the Customer Service section about battery lights.The longer review:It took me a couple of hours to put together the bikes. Not because it was difficult, but because I have not done it in years. Now, after the first one, I probably can do it between 30 minutes and an hour (I work slowly).Everything was properly packed and wrapped.See below my compliments to the customer service, about my questions and the broken mirror (clearly happened during transport).The ride is very comfortable (a combination of the seat, full suspension, and the fat tires). However, the fun part is the power multiplier with either the Peddle Assist or the throttle only.I played with both, and I’m very impressed (as a regular person, and not a professional MTB rider) with how well they handle climbing steep hills. I switched between 1 motor and the 2, and amazed by the power (the fun, can repeat it enough) of using 2 motors.The only caveat with using 2 motors is the battery life. It drains twice faster. Therefore, for most of the time I used only 1 motor with paddle assist (which was plenty, and made me put some effort and less lazy) and switched to 2 when wanted.I bought a basket (not pictured) to make it useful for shopping (as stated above).My wish list (and that is me being spoiled):An adjustable seat (I don’t know what it’s called).Also, I told customer care that once they have a solid-state battery, I will buy it. That will make the bikes from 5 stars to 500.Customer Service:They were great.They sent me a replacement mirror, no questions ask, after I showed a picture of it being broken, as I received it and clearly happened during transport.Also, I asked how to test the battery’s voltage, and they replied (see image) because I was concerned about the 2 green and 1 red. They explained that the Red is full, and then it goes down to the greens. A bit opposite from what we are used to, here in the USA, but it is what it is. I also asked about only 3 LED indicators when it feels there is room for the 4th, and they explained that 3 is it. It is not missing anything, and I can rely on the information on the digital screen.One last sentence: Helmet! wear a helmet and have fun.

ECOE best Ebike on the road

I received the ECOE Ebike and was very pleased with what I saw. The packaging was great. I have bought a few enikes in the past and this one was the best quality and some of the best components I’ve seen. The bike came with so many add ons that not most bikes come with including a phone holder water bottle and holder a pack so the you can store keys or anything you might need while riding. Also can with a rack in case you wanted to put a bag or carry additional items. The Ebike was very comfortable once I assembled and took out for the first ride. The power with the dual motors and speed was excellent. The bike performed and functioned great. Excellent stopping power from even the top speeds. The battery came fully charged and I can’t wait to see what kind of range and time I get from it. The look of the bike is very traditional of that of a mountain bike but with the adjustable seat and handle bars I feel this bike would be suitable for all sizes of individuals. I’m excited to see how it performs over the next few rides.

Best bike you can buy for the dollar by far!!

This bike is super fun to ride. It’s fast and has plenty of torque to climb the hills of SW Pennsylvania. Suspension and brakes are great. The bike was fairly well tuned out of the box. The gears worked as they should. The front brake needed a slight adjustment to eliminate some rubbing of the rotor but the hydraulic brakes are amazing. Taking it easy (15mph average speed in the first motor setting) on a rail trail I exceeded 20 miles on a full charge and had battery leftover. Using both motors definitely requires more power but that’s to be expected. It seems to be very well built and has a nice smooth ride. All in all I love the bike

Great quality
Built well, seems very sturdy and was easy to put together I’ve only put a handful of miles on it so far but have been impressed with it’s performance and easy to ride.. Seems to out perform friends bikes that they paid more than double for so worth the money. Would recommend.

I don’t no if the forks are bent or what I’ve taken this dam ebick apart and adjusted everything and put it back together so many times and it still pulls to the right reely bad I don’t no what to do a lot of money for this nightmare

Nice to finally have suspension, lol.
Really like My new bike, enjoying the suspension. Bike assembly was pretty easy, really like the cargo feature, digital display… Nice upgrade from my last E-Bike.FedEx really mishandled my bike when shipping it. My box was all beat up all taped back together, bent the front rim, scratches and dent in my new bike frame, Very disappointed. The seat & mirrors were missing from my package.I’m sure EcoE will send me the missing items.Why did you pick this product vs others?:Duel motors & suspension Bike quality:Good disign vs. last E-Bike’s battery location & lack of suspension Speed:Fast! Gets moving Easily!Value for money:2 motors, Suspension, Soild cargo rack design.

I like the bike an all a bit on the heavy side tho so be careful lifting it make sure you have help or a station I would like the speed on it if the max speed was like 55MPH I would like to say tho if you order one of these bike please ride with safety an follow all safety protocol I do wish my speed can be increased when I bought my bike it said top speed was supposed to be 52MPH but it only been reaching 34MPH I know it’s a concern but over all it’s a really nice bike an very enjoyable to ride with friends as long everyone being safe with the equipment

Very nice! Exceeds expectations. Bought two.
Great bike! It does have some issues putting it together. L:ike the back rack not really aligning without forcing it to open wider. And a couple other quirks. But once you get it together it is a beast! Make sure to plug the connections in all the way on the front cord. I was getting over 20 mph going uphill on a pretty steep incline. I am a big guy and it works WELL for me. If anything too much power with both wheel motors at level 5 power. The lock that comes with it is a little weak. Id upgrade. But the front stash pack is AWESOME. The phone holder on the bars works awesome. The bonus water bottle is a plus. The settings are easy to change, and very user friendly. And bright enough to see in the day with sun out. We bought two of them. Both are the same. Doesn’t take too long to get together. It took a little over 2 hours the first time. But I took my time. The second bike went together in a little over an hour. Maybe an hour and 20 mins… The bike is heavy. But controllable. The fat tires feel stable. So far so good.
