I love it 🥰
Great video quality and sound. Performs well. I have two fans under it to dissipate the heat.

FIRE Laptop for Gaming
I have used this laptop for over 12 hours now of MAX graphics settings on ‘New World’ (the MMORPG) and it runs like a charm. And this is WHILE I was also inside a Discord voice server… So basically, nothing can stop me haha.I highly recommend this laptop. It feels and looks sleek. And even though it’s quite large, I just got myself a airport carry-on backpack meant to carry 17 inch laptops, and it fits in there perfectly fine.I honestly haven’t tried doing much else with the laptop yet, but I can’t imagine anything posing a problem. One side feature I really appreciate is that you can customize the RGB color of LEDs for the Keyboard, Alienware Logo on the back, and the vent-grille LED border thing – this means I can do some relief lighting against my wall near my monitor setup just by changing what colors my laptop is shooting out back there!

Amazing Gaming Laptop 17″ screen
It will play any game you can purchase. And I am not talking about fortnite and minecraft. Of course, it can play those games. But if you’re a hardcore gamer looking for a good laptop, you’re looking for something that can play Red Dead Redemption 2, Control, Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, GTA5 (with stacked mods for offline use), etc. etc.,,, The only drawback is you probably want a laptop cooling fan/pad to go below it. It runs hard between 70-80 degrees (C). But it can spike up to the 90’s during serious intense gameplay and you don’t want that. The internal fusion/fan settings can mitigate most of it. But an extra, external fan doesn’t hurt.

Amazing laptop , might have been defective ?
I downloaded all the windows updates and then proceeded to the Alienware command center to download any other additional updates, turned on gsync on the Nvidia control panel and made sure my settings were all running correctly… unfortunately about every 5 – 10 minutes when gaming (halo , and other java games) the screen would flicker and tear horizontally for a few seconds. I tried pressing on the corners to see if it was an internal issue or maybe a bad LCD panel and I could not repeat the event. very unfortunate … otherwise a 5/5 product. Returning it today hopefully will reorder and have better luck. Note: the screen tear only happened on the main laptop screen display, not on my external monitor that I had the HDMI cable hooked up to, I even switched HDMI cables to cover that base with no success.

Fantastic Laptop for Gaming
This laptop is my first ever purchase from the Alienware brand and I can say that I am thoroughly impressed with this beast! And that’s what it is, a beast! I have no issues running all my games. The sound quality is pretty great and the performance is just outmatched compared to anything I’ve ever used! A very happy customer here for sure!

Good gaming laptop
Excellent computer so far. The battery life isn’t amazing but it’s a gaming computer. I does put out a lot of heat so I would get a cooling pad. We used it with an occulus with no issues as well. Battery life and heat are the only reasons I have it less than 5 stars.

My son loved this as a Gift
I have no idea how excellent (or not) this machine is, but my son (whom it was a gift for) absolutely loves it. He’s a gamer and says this is a fantastic machine. He loves the screen and its refresh rate.

Decent Laptop, But Warranty Duration is Abnormal
A decent laptop, but battery life is a bit short. After 11 months it lasts maybe one hour on the battery now.Dell has apparently come up with an interesting policy on their warranty coverage. If you buy their laptop from a third party such as Amazon “your” warranty starts when it ships to the third party seller, not when you receive the laptop. So I purchased my laptop on November 9, 2021 and Dell sent me an email saying my warranty would expire October 4, 2022. I contacted Dell about this and they informed me the warranty started when the product was shipped to the third party seller. So unless you buy directly from Dell the length of your warranty coverage will be unknown.

Beware!
I called before buying to make sure if i had a problem i could return it. The website said it was returnable but it really isnt. Only if arrived with a defect , which mine did, and they are still fighting me on a replacement or return. The laptop arrived with scratches on the top and bottom. It looked used to me. I have pictures and still they ar we arguing with me. Just be sure you are ready to get stuck in case yours arrives damaged.
