Very nice. Tubing not easy to get to bottom of housing
Looks beautiful. Especially at night. Lights in each bowl and long curved one on back. Back one reflects off patio wall and pretty bright.Easy to assemble but had difficulty getting water hose from top bowl to the bottom housing where pump located. Kept kinking on curves on the way down. I wet the tubing and was able to push to get it down. Also had to twist when reaching curved parts. If that didn’t work I would have tried pulling hose in freezer to stiffen it up.

Good product — non-stone plastic appearance when up close
We have had this fountain for a little over 2 weeks now. The fountain is well made, and provides ample plug length for easy hook up. It has a soft bubbly water flow. The appearance is a bit on the plastic looking side when up close which I would find disappointing if using as an indoor water feature. But it is very attractive from a short distance on, especially how we are using it as an outdoor water feature. The lighting is excellent. As another reviewer mentioned – I have the lights and the pump both on smart plugs so I can control the On/Off remotely and on a schedule.The only problem we have had is that the pump appeared to stop working after a week. Upon looking inside, the outlet hose going up had become kinked, shutting off the water flow. I am not sure if the upper hose settled somehow after time causing the kink, or what had happened, because the pump was still securely suctioned to the bottom per the installation instructions. I re-arranged the hoses and pump position, and everything has been working fine since.I give this 4 stars – only taking a bit off due to the non-stone plastic appearance up close.

Lovely fountain. Easy set up. Great instructions. Lightweight easy to move. Great communication from sellers before I bought it. All my friends think it’s wonderful.

STUCK!!!!!
The video instructions say that the waterp pipe is to be installed with the help of a pen if it gets stuck. What type of pen?????? No response from seller. Any helpful advice is appreciated. I will update mt review and change my rating when I get past this hurdle.

Better than I thought, no regrets
Fantastic! Just unpacked and set it up in 10min. Was a bit too quiet so put a rock in one of the “spouts” and now we hear the splashing that we want! Looks better than expected.

Perfect Fountain
Love this fountain! I had a nice metal waterfall fountain but after 2 years it rusted and leaked and had to throw it away. After much research I decided on this one as it is made out of resin and should hold up to hard water. It is a great size and has great lighting to it. Also love the flow of the water from bowl to bowl. The old waterfall fountain would splash all over it’s base and if it wasn’t perfectly level would get dry spots on the water wall. Pro Tip: This one fills from the back but if against a wall is hard to do so just fill it from the front of the bottom base which is easier.

Make sure you have room in your outdoor plugs
I set this up today and so far so good, except the larger plug will not fit into my outdoor sockets. I need to get an outdoor extension plug to make the lights work. It’s not a very large fountain, but it does look pretty.
